DO YOU NEED TO WEAR SUNSCREEN IF YOU’RE INSIDE ALL DAY?
If you’re inside all day and your skin is "never exposed" to the sun, do you really need sunscreen? Yes, you do. I’ll explain why below.
Topical Vitamin C is a great antioxidant to help protect the skin during the day (especially when paired with sunscreen) and an amazing brightening ingredient. In skincare hyaluronic acid acts as a humectant, allowing the skin to attract and retain water, keeping it hydrated.
One of the main reasons I hear for not wearing sunscreen daily is that it’s hard to find a sunscreen that doesn’t look ashy or impart a white or bluish tint (especially with mineral sunscreens) on deeper complexions like mine. Ahead are a few sunscreens that I have personally found to be ash-free and deeper skin tone friendly.
